• Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

• Upon approval, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for opened or used supplements unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Shipping Costs
If a return is approved, we will not cover the return shipping cost.
